​Joely Patrick

After completing law school, Joely moved to Cold Lake and joined Todd & Drake in 2010.  Joely's practice is currently concentrated in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, family law, and wills and estates.

​​​​​​​​and their legacy of commitment and dedication to their clients and the greater community. 

​Today, our firm is served by three lawyers and an articling student: Les Drake, Stephanie Oleksyn, Joely Patrick and Ed Tarrabain. Together, our lawyers work to carry on the tradition of providing excellent legal service throughout the Lakeland.  In addition to our lawyers and articling student, Todd & Drake has an incredible support staff who are experienced in their fields and help us to respond to the needs of our clients.

Rodney M. Todd moved to what is now Cold Lake and started practicing law as a sole practitioner  in 1976.  He was joined by Leslie O.J. Drake in 1981 and together the two formed Todd & Drake.  Through the firm's various inceptions,  and as other lawyers have come and gone, Rod and Les remained and practiced together until Rod's retirement in 2015.  

Although Rod has now retired, the firm remains Todd & Drake as a tribute to the incredible partnership that he and Les had 

Ed Tarrabain

Born and raised in Cold Lake, Ed returned home after completing his law degree in England Ed is currently completing his articles of clerkship and intends to focus his practice in family and criminal law.

​​​Leslie O. J. Drake

​As an original member of Todd & Drake, Les has been practicing law in the Lakeland since 1981.  Les' practice is currently focused on real estate transactions, business and corporate commercial law, and wills and estates.

Stephanie Oleksyn

Stephanie joined Todd & Drake in 2010, after practicing with a respected criminal defense firm in Edmonton.  Stephanie's practice is currently centered on criminal defense and family litigation.
